Not being able to lock your safe can be just as problematic as not being able to open it. A shop in Liverpool had attempted to change the combinations to their Grade 5 Chubb Sovereign safe and the change had failed. They were left with a safe that couldn’t be locked to secure their cash. We were able to recover the lock from the failed change and set the desired combination for them.
