While settling into their new home in Liverpool, the new homeowners discovered a hidden underfloor safe securely locked and embedded in the property. With no keys or information left behind by the previous occupants, they were curious about its contents and keen to put the safe back into use for their own valuables.
Not knowing what lay inside—or even if the safe was functional—they contacted us for assistance. We attended the property and identified the model and locking mechanism. Using skilled, non-destructive methods, we successfully picked the lock open without causing any damage to the safe or surrounding floor.
Once open, we confirmed the safe was in excellent condition and perfectly suitable for continued use. To ensure the new owners could use it securely moving forward, we supplied a brand-new set of keys.
