Alpha Safes Hotel Safe Lost Combination – Safecracker Cheshire

We were recently called to a home in Cheshire where the homeowner was unable to access their Alpha Safes hotel-style safe. Like many digital hotel safes, this model allowed the user to set their own code — but in this case, the code had unfortunately been forgotten, leaving the safe locked and the contents out of reach.

While hotel safes are often compact, they still offer solid protection and can be tricky to open without the correct code — especially if you want to avoid damaging the safe in the process. Fortunately, the homeowner contacted Paladin Safe Services for a professional, non-destructive solution.

We attended promptly and used our expertise to open the digital lock without causing any damage to the safe or its electronics. Once we had it open, we fully reset the lock and ensured it was back in full working order, ready to be used again.

To give the customer peace of mind going forward, we also demonstrated how to set a new code and provided advice on what to do if they ever forget it again — including how to contact us for safe, secure assistance.

Another digital safe opened and restored in Cheshire, with no mess, no damage, and minimal disruption. Whether it’s a high-security vault or a compact domestic safe, Paladin Safe Services has the skills and experience to get you back in — safely.

Alpha Hotel Safe Opening

Alpha Hotel Safe Opening

We were called to open this Alpha hotel safe at an international hotel chain site in Manchester. The members of staff who knew the supervisor codes had left and a guest had omitted to open the safe with his code prior to checking out.

Upon arrival there was still a guest in the room where the safe was so we were taken on a tour of other rooms where they were having difficulties, during this time we took the opportunity to work out the supervisor code and coach the staff on how to change it should they wish to do so. Once the guest had left the room with the locked safe it was a simple case of putting in the master code and it opened up straight away.
