We were recently called to a care home in Southport where staff were unable to open a Chubb combination safe. Despite having the correct procedure, the safe’s combination lock refused to open, preventing access to important documents and items stored inside.
With the safe still in good condition, the care home team wanted a solution that wouldn’t damage the lock or the safe itself. We attended promptly and, using our expertise with mechanical combination locks, were able to open the safe non-destructively.
Once open, we reset the lock and programmed a new combination of the staff’s choosing, ensuring they could reliably access the safe going forward without relying on outdated or unknown codes.
Another secure and efficient job completed by Paladin Safe Services—helping organisations like care homes maintain access to essential security equipment without unnecessary disruption. Serving Southport and the wider North West with trusted safe opening and lock resetting solutions.
