The passports inside were urgently required and since our quote was much cheaper than others and didn’t involve the use of cutting equipment we were asked to to open it. Bluedot Safes unit with a failed combination lock opened for a client in the Liverpool One shopping complex in Liverpool. A replacement lock was fitted from stock to get the safe working again on the first visit.
The only key to this Charvat Neutron Star safe had been broken in the lock. We attended the shop in Liverpool, extracted the broken key bit and picked the lock open so that they could transfer the contents to a new safe they had already sourced.

I love it when a plan comes together! I bought one of these Crado Hideaway safes five years ago to learn how they work in anticipation of having to open one for a client and today was the day. This distinctive safe with three combination wheels was manipulated to reveal the correct code and then reset to all zeros for the customer to set his own numbers. It might have only taken me 10 minutes on site today but this opening took 5 years of preparation and planning.
