When the batteries ran out and they couldn’t find the keys to this B&Q safe in Skelmersdale, Lancashire the owners were unsure how they were going to retrieve the contents. Luckily they called us and we had the safe open without any damage within 20 minutes of the call.

Chubb Wall Safe Collection Box Lost Key
SMP HSSC High Security Storage Cabinet
The only key had snapped in the stiff lock of this SMP cabinet used to store controlled drugs at a hospice pharmacy in Blackpool. We received the call early on a Sunday morning as patients were waking and would require their medication within a couple of hours so we headed straight out to the job arriving on site within the hour. After fishing out the broken key bit we were able to open the cabinet without damage and replaced the lock supplying them with a new set of keys.
Dudley Harlech Keys Locked In Safe
This Dudley Harlech safe at a hotel in Stockport had a very handy deposit chute for dropping money in without having to unlock it. This is a great feature but once you realise that you’ve deposited both of the safe keys then it becomes a bit of a problem. Fortunately our safe engineers are good at problem solving and were able to pick the lock open without damage so that the keys could be retrieved.

Rottner Comsafe Monaco 45 DB Safe Opening
This Rottner Comsafe Monaco safe would not open despite the customer having a working key. We made the trip up to Cleveleys in Lancashire and identified the issue as a disconnected bolt which we were able to resolve and opened it without any damage. Having reconnected the boltwork we put the safe back into service for another very happy customer.
Fort Knox Safe Cracker
Another Fort Knox underfloor safe cracked by Paladin Safe Services. The safe was found hidden under a 1980’s newspaper where presumably it had laid undisturbed until today. We picked open the lock and provided a new set of keys so that it could start to be used again. We have opened dozens of these safes but have never seen one with a red escutcheon covering the key hole. Perhaps this was a special edition of some sort.
