A business in Burscough called us to open their safe as they had lost the key so we booked it in for 9am the next day. At 07:30 in the morning we received a call from them saying that a delivery driver had snapped a key in the gate lock overnight and they couldn’t get into their building and could we help. We were happy to oblige and headed out earlier than expected to find a queue of staff waiting to begin work. It was very frosty and cold so working on a metal gate at that time of morning wasn’t fun but we got it open for them. There was no point in returning at 9 o’clock to do the safe so we opened it for them whilst we were there and was done and dusted by 9am.

Chubb Leamington Lost Combination Manchester
The owner didn’t want this Chubb Leamington safe drilling in order to open it. Luckily they called a professional safe cracker who loves a challenge. The lock put up a good fight but the final result was safe cracker – 1, safe – 0. A very worthy opponent though as Chubb used to make excellent safes back in the day.
Securikey Protector Under Floor Safe
This Securikey Protector safe had seen a lot of action at a petrol station in Cheshire. The handle was loose the boltwork sloppy and the key would only work if the wind was blowing in a certain direction. The owner saw sense and contacted us before it became locked shut and we agreed to give it a service. With a new set of keys and everything working as it should it can go back to work for plenty more years to come.

Burton Safes Firesec Stolen Key
We were called to this Burton Firesec safe at a hotel in Cumbria as the key had been stolen during a robbery. Fortunately they hadn’t found the safe so its contents were safe but they now needed to make sure that they couldn’t come back and open it with the key they had taken. We changed the lock to provide them with a new set of keys so that the old key is useless to them.
Nutool SF10 Electronic Digital Safe
We had an emergency opening of this Nutool SF10 safe as the owner urgently needed to retrieve his passport. The batteries had gone flat meaning that the combination would no longer work and they could not find the key to the override lock. We attended the job in Warrington and opened it up for them by picking the lock.

Another safe discovered after living in a property for many years. We were called to open this Fort Knox underfloor safe with a Sargent and Greenleaf three wheel hand change lock.
