A customer in Halewood, Merseyside had the key to their safe but had lost the combination. Both are required in order to open it so they called us to help. With many years of experience we were able to identify the correct combination to open it without any damage.
A retail store in Aintree were desperate to get into their safe to get change for their tills. The key would not open their SMP Community III safe so they called us to help. Once on site the problem was identified and resolved without damage and the safe was put back into service.
We were called by a client in Blackpool to crack their Fichet Carat safe. They had the key to open it but the handle would not fully turn to open the door. The safe was protected by a time lock which we could hear ticking but were assured that the time had elapsed for it to now be open. With everything else seeming normal the time lock was the obvious culprit and we discovered that a till draw which was stored inside the safe was blocking the time lock from releasing. With the till draw moved out of the way the door could now be opened.
Our client in Southport had broken part of the key bit off their key and were unable to use the safe. We attended this one urgently due to the nature of their business and resolved the problem. New keys were provided and they were back in business!
