We were called to this Phoenix safe in Wigan today as the handle would not retract the bolts so they could not shut and lock the door. The safe has a spring loaded self locking mechanism which due to lack of service had detached itself and blocked the boltwork. The fault was repaired and the safe put back into service.

Chubb Eurosafe Grade 2 Keys Not Working
We were called to this Chubb Eurosafe at a pub in Bootle, Merseyside as they could not get it open despite having the key. They had been struggling to lock and unlock it for some time and today it had completely jammed up. After a good fight we got it open one last time and decided that the lock was long overdue retirement so we changed it for a newer model.
Chubb Internal Coffer Opening
The staff at a store in Liverpool were unable to open this internal coffer of a grade 3 safe as the La Gard keypad had detached from the safe. We were able to open the coffer nondestructively and replaced the keypad.
Bluedot Safe Opening
Failed La Gard digital lock on this Bluedot deposit safe in Wigan opened through the spindle hole. No loss of integrity to the container and safe back in service after fitting a replacement lock.
Screwfix Safe Flat Batteries Lost Keys
The code would not work on this Screwfix digital safe and the override keys had been lost. We attended the job in St Helens, Merseyside and picked the override lock to open the safe. We replaced the lock and provided a new set of keys as well as a fresh set of batteries.
Rottner Comsafe Monaco 45 DB Safe Opening
This Rottner Comsafe Monaco safe would not open despite the customer having a working key. We made the trip up to Cleveleys in Lancashire and identified the issue as a disconnected bolt which we were able to resolve and opened it without any damage. Having reconnected the boltwork we put the safe back into service for another very happy customer.
Chubb Europa Keys Stuck In Locks
A bar in Liverpool One had used the wrong keys in each lock of this Chubb Europa safe and having tried to force the locks open the keys had become mangled and snapped off deep inside the locks. Two companies had already attended the job prior to them calling us and despite charging for their time they had only managed to add to the problem by filling the keyway with blu-tack (The mind boggles). After a lengthy battle we were able to remove all of the broken bits of keys and proceeded to pick the locks open as no spares were available. Having opened the safe with zero damage to it we changed the locks and provided new sets of keys.
Phoenix Castille 6 Series Safe Replacement Keys
When a key holder from a business in Skelmersdale, Lancashire had a set of keys stolen from a motor vehicle they called us to change the lock on this Phoenix Castille 6 Series Safe.
Birmingham Safe Co Ltd Burnside Book Safe
The key had been stolen during a robbery for this Birmingham Safe Co Ltd Burnside Book Safe at a club in Ashton-under-Lyne. We were called to change the lock so that the stolen key would no longer work and to provide a new set of keys.
The plaque on the safe reads: “Book Safe British Burnside Regd No 431976 Birmingham Safe Co Ltd Founded 1880 Birmingham. England”
Dominator Under Floor Safe Opening
We were called to a club in Chorley as they could not open their Dominator Under Floor Safe despite having the key. We determined that the safe had failed mechanically and proceeded to open it for them. Once opened we repaired and serviced the safe lid to put it back into action.
