We were recently contacted by a customer in Warrington who was unable to open their Burg Wächter PointSafe. The owner had been using the safe normally, but suddenly found that the combination would no longer operate the lock, leaving them completely locked out.
Burg Wächter safes are well-regarded for their reliability and security, particularly the PointSafe range which is commonly used in homes and small businesses for protecting documents, valuables, and cash. However, like any electronic locking system, issues can sometimes arise with the keypad, lock electronics, or internal mechanism that prevent the code from being accepted.
The customer needed access to the safe quickly, so we attended the property to investigate. Using our professional safe-opening techniques and specialist equipment, we were able to open the safe cleanly and without causing any damage to the lock or the safe body.
Once access was gained, we diagnosed the issue with the locking system and restored the safe to full working condition, ensuring the keypad and lock were operating correctly again. The safe was then reset and tested so the customer could continue using it with confidence.
All work was completed during a single visit, allowing the client to regain access to their belongings quickly and avoid the cost of replacing the safe.
Another safe successfully opened and returned to service by Paladin Safe Services in Warrington, providing expert help with electronic safe lock failures across the North West.
