The owner of a nightclub in Newcastle-under-Lyme, Staffordshire could not get his safe open to access the float required to open for business this evening. We attended on very short notice and opened the Charvat Neutron Star safe without damage and returned it to service. The staff at a shop in Ellesmere Port could not open their Dudley safe and the keypad to the La Gard AuditGard lock was dangling freely off the safe. We opened the failed lock and replaced it.
We were called to open this Epic Challenger safe at a Gym in Manchester for a second time this year. This time the Kaba Mas Auditcon lock was failing to open with the known combination. Once again we opened it up for them and put the safe back into service.
The batteries had run out of power on this Yale digital safe at a home in Prescot, Liverpool. The keys were also with a family member who was out of the country so they had no way of opening it. We attended and opened it for them without causing any damage so that the batteries could be changed and the key would still work when it was available again.
We were called to this NoveTek digital deposit safe at a shop in Manchester as the owner could not get it to open. It’s not a brand we have come across before and appears to be of Italian origin, despite not being familiar with it we got it opened and working again for them.
The staff at a Liverpool city centre store had attempted to change the combination on this Chubb Lichfield safe and could no longer open the door. The safe was fitted with a La Gard digital lock which would not open with the new or old code and having tried various permutations we had to drill into the lock to get it open. With the small hole repaired the lock was replaced and the safe put back in to service.
This Chubb Elements Earth 55e safe had been returned to the warehouse as the owner could not change the combination. We reset the combination back to the factory default ready for it to be shipped out again.
The keypad on this Sentry S3817 safe at an office in Bolton had stopped working so the staff were unable to open it. As our first safe opening of 2017 we were happy to get out of the office and were on site within 2 hours of receiving the call. Once on site we repaired the damaged keypad and had the safe open and back in service in no time at all.
This Jensen Interceptor Six safe had served its owner for many years in a retail shop until the business was recently closed and it was relocated to the owners personal residence in Ashton-under-Lyne. The code to the electronic lock was known but it would not open once the time delay period had counted down. We attended site, opened the safe with no damage and left it in working condition.
The digital keypad on this Hilka safe had broken some time ago and the owner had just been using the override key since then but now the key would no longer work. We urgently attended the job which was an assisted living home in St Helens as it was used to store medication which was needed. We identified the issue with the lock and got it open without any damage.
