We were called to a bar in the trendy Northern Quarter neighbourhood of Manchester when the key was lost to this Chubb Omega Deposit Safe. The bar required the change it contained for the tills so we agreed to go straight away and was expecting to be there within the hour but on this occasion the traffic was against us and it was nearly two hours before we arrived on site. At least it didn’t take us long to pick the safe open so that business could return to normal.
The keys had been lost to this Chubb Fire File filing cabinet in Oldham, Manchester. We attended and opened the cabinet and replaced the lock.
We had a late call out to this Chubb ProGuard safe with lost keys at a well known pizza restaurant in Manchester. We picked the lock open and provided a new set of keys for the lock.
We were called to this Chubb Leamington safe at a college in Ashton-under-Lyne as the door would not open despite the handle being in the open position. The problem we discovered was that one of the opening edge bolts had disconnected from the boltwork and therefore could not be retracted by the handle. We dealt with the problem to open the door and repaired the bolt so that the safe could be used again.

The staff at a Liverpool city centre store had attempted to change the combination on this Chubb Lichfield safe and could no longer open the door. The safe was fitted with a La Gard digital lock which would not open with the new or old code and having tried various permutations we had to drill into the lock to get it open. With the small hole repaired the lock was replaced and the safe put back in to service.
The detachable key bit for this Chubb Vanguard Safe at a bar in Manchester had fallen out in the keyway and they were unable to open the safe. When we arrived to the job and looked down the keyway the key bit was nowhere to be seen until we looked harder and could see that it had somehow managed to fall down in to the bottom of the door. With it being the only key on site we had to pick the lock open to retrieve it.
This Chubb Elements Earth 55e safe had been returned to the warehouse as the owner could not change the combination. We reset the combination back to the factory default ready for it to be shipped out again.
After being moved to a new owner in Preston, this Chubb Eurosafe would not open. The lock must have been nudged during the move and offset the combination, we fixed the issue and changed the combination for the new owner.
The owners of a restaurant in Haydock, St Helens couldn’t use this Chubb Europa safe as it would not lock with the key. We identified the problem as a worn out lock and replaced it for them so they could secure their takings once again.
The new tenants of an ex-bank building in Liverpool had been using this Chubb vault for several weeks with just the key locks as they did not know the combination. As often happens in these circumstances somebody moved the combination dial which locked them out of the vault. We attended the site and determined the combination through the process of manipulation to open the door without damage. We then reset the combination to one of their choosing to enable them to open it themselves in the future.
