When a home owner in Liverpool lost the keys to her Argos safe she was unable to open it. Luckily her insurance company put her in contact with us and we were able to open the safe for her. Once opened we also replaced the safe so that she could continue with her previous level of protection.
The key and combination had been lost to this Hilka Digital Home Safe S-50EA(II) in Lytham St Annes due to a bereavement and we were asked to sort out the problem. We picked the lock open and changed the cylinder to provide a new set of keys and reset the combination to put it back into service.
The digital keypad on this Hilka safe had broken some time ago and the owner had just been using the override key since then but now the key would no longer work. We urgently attended the job which was an assisted living home in St Helens as it was used to store medication which was needed. We identified the issue with the lock and got it open without any damage.
