The digital keypad on this Hilka safe had broken some time ago and the owner had just been using the override key since then but now the key would no longer work. We urgently attended the job which was an assisted living home in St Helens as it was used to store medication which was needed. We identified the issue with the lock and got it open without any damage.
I do not remember the password, how to change it
