This Chubb safe in St Helens would not open once the key had unlocked the safe. We attended site and diagnosed a catastrophic failure with the internal boltwork which would require penetration to overcome. Several holes were drilled in this one to identify the exact point of the failure to get the door open. Once open the safe was repaired and put back into service on the same visit.
